Rubbish

The film Rubbish was produced at FAMU in Prague, as part of a study abroad program with Manhattanville College and American University. I wrote the story, which is largely devoid of dialogue and takes place in a single courtyard, and directed it with classmate Lisa Denny. An Autumnal color scheme and real 16MM film grain adds warmth to a fable about an outwardly cold octogenarian. The 8-minute short was included in a 'Best Of' compilation at American University and later aired on PBS Channel 13 in New York.
